About the KESCAB Online Hub Project
The KESCAB (Knowledge, Experience Sharing and Capacity Building in Sport for All Online Hub) is an Erasmus+ funded project which seeks to address needs and priorities in the field of capacity building in Sport for All. It will increase the quality of the work, activities, and practices of organisations and individuals involved in Sport for All and open to new actors who are marginalised and not naturally included.
As part of the project goals, trainees will be recruited to participate in a Sport for All leadership training in 4 different languages (English, French, Spanish and Portuguese).
About the Online Training

- Limited Online TAFISA Certified Leadership Course (one-time opportunity)

What will you do as part of the Selected Trainees?
- Selected trainees in each language will be expected to participate in and complete the online TAFISA Certified Leadership Courses (CLC) Level 1 & Level 2 and will receive a certificate of participation from TAFISA.
- Participate in pilot data collection through filling out questionnaires and engaging in focus group discussions for the KESCAB Online Hub project.
About the TAFISA CLC Course?
The TAFISA Certified Leadership Course is aimed at strengthening leadership and management capacities in Sport for All. It equips trainees with the necessary tools needed to build sustainable, inclusive, and resilient sport communities through the development of competent Sport for All leaders worldwide.
